CORE DYNAMICS
A core focused class fusing the basics of Pilates, some Yoga movements and traditional strength training, developing and improving flexibility and overall midline muscle control and balance. Class is 60 minutes in duration.
PILATES
A traditional Pilates class, focusing on mobility, balance and core stability and strength. Low impact class for all ages, Mobility Pilates focuses on proper postural alignment and core strength.
PURE STRETCH
These classes are designed to move and stretch the entire body whilst giving the core a good workout. Classes are invigorating and choreographed in such a way, that every level is welcome. Class instructor may decide to focus on only one or two muscle groups per class depending on intensity and specific function of such muscles.
BOOTCAMP
Bootcamp can be described as a group fitness class that promotes fat loss, camaraderie, and team effort. The class is designed to push people a little bit further than they would normally push themselves in the gym alone. A combination of functional fitness, body weight training often done outdoors.
BALLETRIP
BalletRip is a fun, energetic class, based on the principles of ballet but does away from traditional barre. Train the ballerina in you and work up a sweat.
RIDE
45- to 60-minute high intensity indoor cycling workout. You will pedal the entire time changing the level of resistance as directed by your class instructor.
PULSE
A new Pilates based isometric strength training class of 60 minutes including the use of dumbbells and resistance bands. This dynamic class may be more suitable for the intermediate level but all enthusiasts are welcome to try.
SWEAT
Challenging exercises focusing on functional fitness and endurance with a bit of weight training.
Often circuit based for variety and full body workouts.
BOXING SKILLS
This 60-minute class combines basic boxing fundamentals and high intensity interval training. Focus is on the technical aspects of boxing combined with core strengthening exercises. Classes will cover traditional Martial Arts and combat in a professional sports environment.
HIIT
High intensity interval training sessions involves repeated bouts of high intensity effort followed by varied recovery times. … This type of training can be accomplished using body weight, resistance bands, free weights, medicine balls or weight machines
YOGA
YIN YOGA
Traditional Yin Yoga, that stretches the deeper muscles, joints and fascia in your body. This class is 60 to 75 minutes in duration. A slow, meditative class, Yin Yoga complements a more dynamic Yoga practice.
VINYASA YOGA
Vinyasa is a breath initiated practice which focuses on a specific sequence of poses and postures that flow consecutively in harmony and balance.
HATHA YOGA
Expect a slower-paced stretching focused class with some basic breathing exercises and perhaps a seated meditation at the end. Hatha classes are a good place to work on your alignment, learn relaxation techniques and become comfortable with doing Yoga while building strength and flexibility.
